Best Paper Awards

The ECIR 2024 Best Paper Awards Committee consisted of: Raffaele Perego (ISTI-CNR, Best Paper Awards Committee Chair), Ophir Frieder (Georgetown University), Min Zhang (Tsinghua University), Maria Soledad Pera (TU Delft), Fabrizio Silvestri (Sapienza Università di Roma) and Pablo Castells (Universidad Autónoma de Madrid). The committee received a short-list of candidate papers from the individual track chairs. The candidate papers were all evaluated independently and a winner and an honorable mention were awarded for each track. The Industry Day and IR4Good chairs selected the best paper awards for their respective tracks.
