Invitation Letter

Once you have fully completed and paid for your registration, official invitation letters can be sent upon request. In order to prepare your personalised invitation letter, please fill out the online form,  providing the following information accurately:

• ECIR 2024 Registration Code for your fully completed and paid ECIR 2024 registration.
• First Name
• Last Name
• Date of Birth
• Full Postal Address
• Travel Document Number/ID (e.g., Passport Number)
• Travel Document Type (e.g. Passport)
• Paper ID
• Paper Title
• Paper Type
